5 Simple Ways to Make Eid 2022 Extraordinary

On the first day of Shawwal in the Muslim calendar, many Muslims celebrate Eid ul Fitr. It symbolizes the end of Ramadan’s month-long fast. What should be the most joyous time of the year for Muslims can also be the most predictable: Eid al Fitr arrives, you put on a new clothing, and after Eid prayer, your family drags you from house to house, visiting uncles and aunts, just like they did the previous Eid and the Eid before that. While visiting family is an important component of the holiday, Eid 2022 should not be monotonous. It’s time to rejoice and have a good time.

Here are some ideas for making this year’s holiday season even more festive than last year’s.

Recognize the Date

Make sure the students are aware of the Islamic calendar date. Everyone keeps a calendar up throughout Ramadhan, so they can easily countdown to Eid. The Eid celebrations are generally three days long, but depending on when the holiday comes on the calendar, the parties and festivities may go much longer. If the three days fall in the middle of the week, Muslims will most likely continue to celebrate over the weekend.

Make a Strategy

Plan some special Eid 2022 related activities for the remaining days, keeping it relevant to your children’s ages and interests. Customized products are often a popular with the kids, so get them an excellent present. Keep them busy for a relaxing afternoon.

Fasting

This is a fantastic activity that you can do with your kids. If you can get to the 9th (or all nine!) quickly, do so, and urge older children to do so as well. Set a time limit for a mini fast if they’re younger; three, four, or five hours, whatever you believe they’ll be able to tolerate. Encourage children by giving them the magic cup as a present. Allah has given us Eid al Fitr as a gift. So, enjoy this day with your loved ones.

Enhance Interior Design

Everyone decorates their homes for Eid. Don’t forget to finish off your space with one of  eye-catching lamps!

Eidi

Eidi is a portion of the “EId uL Fitar” Islamic festival. Children are directly associated with Eidi because children receive money (called an Eidi) from their senior relatives, which they can spend throughout the festival in hangouts with friends and wandering around aimlessly. Eidi is similar to receiving a birthday gift, and it can be money or a valuable item. This year, you have the opportunity to give them some fantastic personalized gifts. Everyone presents Eidi in the form of money, but this year you can gift something different, such a printed Mug, that they will remember.

Final Words

There are a variety of ways to make this Eid special. Inquire of family members for suggestions and what they want to do, and work from there. Don’t waste this precious holiday by skipping a day of school or work, sleeping in, and missing the point. A little forethought can lead to the creation of a worthwhile tradition. Spend this wonderful day with your loved ones and participate in some exciting activities.
