1. PCSW Toll-Free Helpline: 1043

The Punjab provincial assembly established the PCSW, or Punjab Commission on the Status of Women, in 2014. It strives to advance gender equality, give women more authority, and support the creation of laws that will make gender discrimination illegal.

This hotline offers all other forms of support in addition to legal counsel. If you choose not to use the helpline, you can also file a complaint on PCSW’s official website.

2. FIA cybercrime wing

3. DRF’s Cyber Harassment Toll-Free Helpline: 0800-39393

6. Pakistan Citizen portal

  • Install the Pakistan Citizen Portal app by downloading it from the Google Play or Apple App Store.
  • Using your password and CNIC number, sign up for an account.
  • Add all the information by going to “Complaints.”
  • Above the “submit complaint” button, there is an option that allows you to choose to remain anonymous.
  • Send the complaint in.
  • A government representative will get in touch with you and take appropriate action.

7. Madadgaar Toll-Free Helpline: 1098

With UNICEF’s assistance, the Madadgar organization has been operating in Pakistan for the past 20 years. Its principal objective is to aid abused and exploited women and children.
